At Bridge Builders Incorporated, we believe that access to food is a fundamental human right, and no one should ever go hungry. Yet, even in a country as "lucky" as ours, 3.7 million Australian households face the harsh reality of food insecurity.
That’s why we’re on a mission to change this narrative. We are passionate about creating meaningful solutions to combat hunger and its root causes, working tirelessly to eliminate the need for food relief so that everyone can thrive.
Until that day comes, we stand committed to our community. At Bridge Builders, we provide vital food relief and support to individuals and families in the Mandurah and Peel (Bindjareb) region who are in crisis and experiencing tough times. We understand the complexities of food insecurity and strive to develop effective actions based on this knowledge.
Our mission is clear: to nourish and enhance the social, emotional, spiritual, and economic well-being of those facing misfortune, poverty, disability, or helplessness. But we can’t do it alone. We invite you to join us on this journey to create a brighter future for all.

Volunteer With Us.
If you can spare a few hours weekly or fortnightly, we’d love you to join one of our volunteer teams. Roles vary from packing parcels to sorting through donations, delivering parcels and collecting food from supermarkets.
Please get in touch if you’d like to get involved to help us tackle food poverty and where possible, provide additional support to people in our local community.
Can you help with a cash or food donation?
Right now, vulnerable families and individuals living locally need your support more than ever. Demand is at the highest levels we’ve ever seen and with the continuing cost of living crisis, we fear it’ll rise further.
YOU MAKE IT POSSIBLE
The power to make a difference starts with taking a single action.
Eliminating food insecurity in the Peel region is no small undertaking. Thankfully we're not facing this challenge alone. Each day, people across the region are stepping up to bring about positive change in our local community. Every action gets us one step closer to a future where no one goes hungry.
